Jamur ditumis hingga harum, lalu beri kecap raja rasa.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan ham, wortel, tumis hingga layu.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan garam, merica &amp;amp; gula.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan kocokan telur lalu aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata, lalu matikan apinya.&lt;br /&gt;6. Zat-zat kimia tersebut seperti pestisida, herbisida dan lain-lain.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Obat-obatan untuk hewan ternak                                                                                              Ada lebih dari 20.000 macam obat-obatan, seperti antibiotik, penambah hormon dan lain-lainnya yang diberikan kepada hewan ternakBahaya mengkonsumsi antibiotik secara tidak langsung sudah banyak ditemui dan terbukti secara medis.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Terdapat sekumpulan bakteri &amp;amp; virus, beberapa diantaranya sangat berbahaya yang terdapat pada hewan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cacing &amp;amp; parasit lainnya, juga terdapat pada hewan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Daya tahan makanan                                                                                                           Makanan nabati bisa bertahan lebih lama daripada makanan hewani. Anda bisa melakukan percobaan, biarkan seikat sayur bayam &amp;amp;  sepotong hamburger selama sehari penuh. Mana yang akan menyebabkan anda sakit kalau anda memakannya ?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Indikasi penyakit                                                                                                                 Makanan dari tumbuhan lebih cepat memberikan tanda bila terjadi kerusakan daripada makanan hewani. Lagipula walaupun dalam keadaan kurang bagus, makanan tumbuhan tidak terlalu membahayakan (tingkat kandungan racun saat rusak sangat rendah).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Dalam suatu sistem pencegahan kanker secara alamiah didapati unsur-unsur vitamin C, B-17, Beta Karotin. Unsur-unsur ini tidak pernah ditemukan dalam makanan hewani. Pada daging kebanyakan, setelah dimasak akan menghasilkan serangkaian senyawa yang bisa memicu penyakit kanker.                                                                                                       Kanker lebih mudah dicegah daripada diobati. Kacang kedelai salah satunya mengandung pembiak protease, sejenis rangkaian anti kanker yang sangat baik. Kita tidak akan mendapatkan zat-zat ini pada makanan hewani.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Jangka waktu di dalam tubuh                                                                                            Makanan nabati biasanya melalui tubuh dengan cepat, sehingga mempunyai waktu yang sedikit sekali untuk menyebabkan penyakit di dalam tubuh lebih lama.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Serat menyerap semua zat  tidak diinginkan (berbahaya) termasuk kelebihan lemak, membersihkan usus, serta membantu penyerapan usus. Jamur digunting memutar, lalu dipotong dua. Campurkan tepung terigu &amp;amp; tepung sagu lalu beri garam &amp;amp; lada secukupnya, goreng sampai kering.&lt;br /&gt;2. Saos : Paprika &amp;amp; tomat dipotong segitiga. Wortel &amp;amp; cabe merah dipotong bergerigi. Panaskan saos tomat &amp;amp; air sampai mendidih lalu masukkan wortel,&lt;br /&gt;tomat &amp;amp; cabe merah, masak sebentar kemudian masukkan tepung sagu cair, aduk sampai mengental, masukkan paprika, aduk sebentar &amp;amp; angkat.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kaki jamur direndam, diperas &amp;amp; dihaluskan lalu masukkan telur, susu kental manis, tepung terigu, tepung sagu, tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;serta ketumbar bubuk.
