POTATO SANDWICH

Ingredients :
1 grains boiled eggs (cut small)
1 pieces potato boiled (cut small)
2 tablespoon mayonaise
3 pieces of bread without skin
2 pieces of leaf lettuce
1 pieces tomato (sliced)
Pepper

How to Make :

  1. Mix boiled eggs, boiled potatoes, pepper & Mayonaise ago slosh average.
  2. Place the sheet of bread then fill with the lettuce leaves, add a little Mayonaise & place slices of tomato, cover again with a sheet of bread. Enter the egg & potato mixture and close with the last sheet of bread.
  3. Enjoy a sandwich with chili saos.

VEGETARIAN WITH FRUITS

APPLE
Apple is a fruit & a slightly acid fruit one of the most useful. Apple plays an important role for the metabolic disease rheumatism, tuberculosis, kidney stones, eye deviation tooth. Apple should not be consumed in empty stomach because it can cause indigestion.

BANANA
Banana is one of the most popular fruit in the world. Large banana gives about 100 calories. CHOCOLATE POTATO PUDDING

Ingredients:

  • 425 grams Potato (mashed steamed ago)
  • 100 grams Butter (melted)
  • 150 grams Chocolate block (diluted)
  • 150 grams Subtile Sugar
  • 100 grams Wheat Flour
  • 4 grains Yellow Eggs
  • 2 tsp Rhum
  • 2 tsp Chocolate Powder


How to Make:
  1. Shake the eggs & sugar until smooth swell
  2. Enter the wheat flour & potatoes slowly stirred while the average
  3. Add rhum, butter & chocolate, up to poke the average. Enter into print size 20 x 10 x 7cm be oiled butter that has been given a paper and bread.
