VEGETARIAN WITH FRUITS

APPLE
Apple is a fruit & a slightly acid fruit one of the most useful. Apple plays an important role for the metabolic disease rheumatism, tuberculosis, kidney stones, eye deviation tooth. Apple should not be consumed in empty stomach because it can cause indigestion.

BANANA
Banana is one of the most popular fruit in the world. Large banana gives about 100 calories. Banana is very useful for people with bowel aberration, constipation, diarrhea, dysentery, anemia, allergies, tuberculosis, ureter rudiment, excess body weight and the deviation menstruation. People suffering from kidney failure may not consume bananas as a womb high kalium.

MANGO
Mango is the most popular fruit in the tropics. Mango cooked nutritious substance because the sugar while not useful as a cookbook from the hot sun protection. The fruit is heart muscle can tighten, improve color, and stimulate appetite. Mango increase nutrien body fluids such as intestinal, blood, flesh, fat, bone marrow and sperm. ORANGE
Orange is rich in food such as protecting vitamins A, B, C and potassium. This fruit can often prevent the attack of cold, influenza, and bleeding tendency. Citrus produce heat and energy in the body as soon as eaten.
